Prices and conditions of work
Charges for translations are based on a price per standard line (55 characters including spaces) of source text. This price corresponds to the estimated amount of work that your document will need. Proof reading and all other services are charged per hour.
I will be glad to supply a quote for your job. This can be in the form of an all-inclusive price for the whole task or a baseline rate (per line, page or hour as appropriate).
The minimum price for all services is €40. Rush jobs are subject to a surcharge and large-volume projects to a discount.
As well as a price your quote will include delivery date(s) for completed work. Please bear in mind that a good translation takes time - time for research, background reading and getting to know the subject area and its linguistic quirks. I set realistic target dates - and keep to them.
